Technical Court Restoration Protocols
We repair sub-base cracks, restore play levelness, and apply certified acrylic/PU coats.
Over years of thermal cycles and load stresses, asphalt and concrete bases develop cracks, and synthetic surfaces lose their grip and bounce consistency. Our restoration process addresses these issues. Instead of demolishing the court, we clean the base, lay fiber-mesh grids to bind cracks, level birdbath depressions using custom acrylic-binder aggregates, and finish with new ITF-classified color overlays.
For running tracks, we use mechanical spray-coating methods to apply a structural PU topcoat and premium EPDM granules. This restores friction coefficients, increases shock absorption, and meets IAAF standards.
