About Our Children's Play Equipment

Elite International Sports provides turnkey playground design and installation services. Standard metal structures rust, chip sharp paint flakes, and lack shock cushioning under slides and swings. We supply multi-activity play stations built with galvanized steel posts coated in non-toxic powder finishes, combined with UV-stabilized LLDPE plastic slides and swings.

Our play zones feature seamless EPDM wet-pour safety floors. We design the floor thickness based on the Critical Fall Height (CFH) parameters of the tallest slide, using Head Injury Criterion (HIC) calculations to absorb impact, complying with EN 1176 and EN 1177 safety codes.

The engineering of a safe playground begins with concrete base preparation. We cast a stable subfloor with proper slope parameters to prevent rainwater accumulation. We lay a dual-layer seamless EPDM rubber floor over the concrete, securing it with polyurethane binders.

The multi-activity play stations are built with galvanized steel structural posts, bolted deep into concrete using anchor fasteners. All structural connections are covered with protective plastic caps to prevent scratch hazards, and all slide components feature smooth joint seams.

To prevent fall injuries, we plan safety zones around swings and slides, maintaining a minimum clearance boundary of 1.5 to 2.0 meters, free of hard obstacles.
