Base Slab Construction

Epoxy Primer Coating

Grinding surface irregularities and applying a high-tensile epoxy moisture-barrier primer to seal the concrete capillaries.

Stage 05

Cushion Mat Adhesion & Pouring

Adhering the SBR rubber shock pad using polyurethane adhesive. Next, self-leveling polyurethane resin is applied to form a seamless elastic layer.

Stage 06

Finishing, Lines & Equipment
